In keeping with my theme, here is a recipe that is AWESOME. I am renaming it.....
Best Salsa ever
2 (14.5oz) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 to 1 jalapeno chopped
Place ingredients in a blender, STIR, blend to desired consistency.
**make sure to leave the onions in large chunks to prevent them from mincing in the blender, making the onion overpowering. Do the same for the jalapeno
***I usually only pulse it a few times so it is chunky salsa
